Dr. Vardi was born in Tel Aviv, Israel. he graduated from Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv. He served his internship at Wolfson Medical Center, affiliated with Sackler school of Medicine in Tel Aviv. He served his residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Vardi served his fellowship in cardiology and vascular medicine at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Vardi also completed and additional year of fellowship for Interventional Cardiology at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Vardi is barod certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Vascular Medicine and Internvetional Cardiology.

Dr. Vardi has special interest in developing new medical devices and has more than thirty patewnts issued by the U.S. Patent Office. Dr. Vardi is very active in clinical research and has participated as principal investigator in multiple national and multi-national clinical trials. His patients are welcome to participate in these trials.

Dr. Vardi is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention. Dr. Vardi is also an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society.
