Effective February 1, 2025, our practice will no longer be participating in Illinois Medicaid plans, including Molina Healthcare and Meridian. This decision was made after careful consideration of various factors affecting our ability to continue providing the highest quality of care within these programs.
What This Means for You:
- For Existing Patients: We will continue to provide care for covered services under these plans until January 31, 2025.
- Alternative Care Providers: Starting February 1, 2025, you can seek cardiology care from the following providers:
- St. Louis University: Call 314-977-1720
- Washington University Cardiology: Call 314-362-1291
- Transition of Care: We are committed to assisting you during this transition. If you need help transferring your medical records to a new provider, please contact our office at 314-741-0911.
- Alternative Payment Options: For patients who wish to remain under our care, we will provide information on alternative payment options or other insurance plans we accept.
