Effective February 1, 2025, our practice will no longer be participating in Illinois Medicaid plans, including Molina Healthcare and Meridian. This decision was made after careful consideration of various factors affecting our ability to continue providing the highest quality of care within these programs.
What This Means for You:
- For Existing Patients: We will continue to provide care for covered services under these plans until January 31, 2025.
- Alternative Care Providers: Starting February 1, 2025, you can seek cardiology care from the following providers:
